Magellan College Counseling

This week, I’ll be attending the National Association for College Admission Counseling’s annual conference.  Independent counselors, school-based counselors and admissions officials at the college level will all converge on Denver to discuss trends in admissions and to meet each other.  [This is just one reason that when you look for a college counselor, you should ask if they are members of NACAC and other professional organizations.]

I’ll report back in 2 weeks to share what I learned and my impressions about the colleges I’ll be visiting:  Colorado College, University of Denver, University of Northern Colorado, and Colorado State University.

COLLEGES VISIT LA!
Many colleges travel during the fall, hosting local information sessions in our area.  If your student is a sophomore or junior, it’s not too early to start attending these information sessions!
